PRE-FIGHT CONFERENCE FOR GUSTAVO CHANG
Q - What is your strategy coming into the fight?
A - Fabulous question. I'm just looking to push the pace and control the fight. Keep the fight standing and working the ol' 1-2.
Q - AFC 1 is an amateur event, does that the match isn't as important for you as if it were a pro bout?
A - It's my first 'semi professional' fight, amateur, pro, don't matter. A fight's a fight. I treat every fight the same. Win or lose, I'm going out there to put on a show.
Q - Are there any other fighters on the card that you're looking forward to watching?
A - None really, except that I already hear this Cannon guy and Myles or whatever their names was talking mad trash to each other. Maybe they can fight backstage or something. Both sound like egomaniacs.
Q - Are there any other fighters on the card that you're looking forward to fighting?
A - Again, nobody really. I'm down to fight anyone. Always looking for a good challenge.
Q - Are you looking for more of a striking match or a grappling match?
A - I'm just starting off as a young amateur fighter, so I prefer to stand and bang. However, I'm looking to improve my grappling abilities in the future. Any suggestions for a good BJJ/wrestling gym? Haha.

A - Again, great question. I'm here to put on a show. I'm not here to lay and pray. You best believe that I'm going down swinging and not grabbing a guys ass!

A - Prediction for this fight? Excitement and entertainment for as long as I'm standing.

A - 100 out of 100. Ain't nothing but sunshine and good vibes here.

Q - You mentioned Cannon and Myles being egomaniacs. Myles being a LHW...he's probably too big. But would you be open to fighting Cannon? And how to you think that fight would go?

Q - Do you find it tough that your opponent is 0-0 and you have nothing to work off of? Would you prefer to fight someone with experience?

A - I'd like to believe I'm tough as nails. Ain't easy growing up a scrawny Asian kid in the streets of Mexico. I feel like I got some decent standup. Care to test it out?

I'll fight either one. I'm open to fight anybody. If the fans want it, sign me up. Cannon talks mad game, but I'm sure he'd tried to trash talk me and get in my head. It's all good though, he's doing all the hype job for me. All I'm there to do is put up a show and it'll be extra satisfying.

Not at all. Everyone's beatable. It'd be nice to scout my guy out, but hey, knowing is half the battle, the other half is showing up. 60% of the time everytime, sex panther.

As I've stated earlier, my ground game needs work. Maybe some wrestling. The usual stuff. Be sure to remember this. Have my opponents look me up. You a spy Mr. Jew?
